By using the Online Book Publish website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Our Services

Online Book Publish provides book formatting, cover design, and KDP/Kindle publishing preparation services, as outlined in individual service agreements or proposals.

We commit to:

• Deliver work within agreed-upon timelines
• Maintain professional standards in all deliverables
• Communicate regularly about project progress
• Provide revisions as specified in the agreed scope

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide manuscript files and necessary materials in a timely manner
• Respond to reviews and queries within a reasonable timeframe
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule
• Confirm they own or have the rights to submit the content for formatting/publishing

Intellectual Property Rights

You retain full ownership and all intellectual property rights to your manuscript and content. Online Book Publish claims no ownership over your work. We may request your permission to use your book cover or title in our portfolio or marketing materials, but this is always optional.

Website Content

Content on this website (text, images, branding) belongs to Online Book Publish. You’re welcome to browse and share links to it, but please don’t copy, republish, or reuse it commercially without permission.

Payment Terms

• Prices are quoted in US Dollars unless otherwise agreed
• Payment schedules are set out per project/agreement
• Accepted payment methods are agreed upon with each client individually

Refund Policy

• Full refund if work has not yet started
• Partial refunds may apply depending on work already completed
• No refunds once final files have been delivered and approved by the client
• Disputes are handled through direct, good-faith discussion first

Limitation of Liability

Online Book Publish is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Disclaimer

Services are provided based on professional best practice, but we do not guarantee specific sales, ranking, or publishing outcomes, as these depend on many factors outside our control.

Third-Party Platforms

We assist clients in preparing files for platforms such as Amazon KDP and other retailers. We are not responsible for those platforms’ policies, changes, or approval decisions — clients are responsible for complying with each platform’s own requirements.

Confidentiality

We keep all client manuscripts and project details confidential and will not share or publish your work without your permission, except as needed to deliver the contracted service.

Termination

Either party may end an engagement with notice. Payment remains due for work completed up to that point, and client files will be returned or securely deleted.

Governing Law

These terms are intended to be interpreted under general principles of fair commercial practice between freelancer and client. Specific governing law may be set out in individual client contracts where relevant.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted here with a new revision date.
